The Sequel's Dash on 2011

Tie your heels up for the series of sequels for the year 2011 as IANS, New Delhi reports that 2011 will see a release of all the much awaited sequels like 'Race 2', 'Dhoom 3', 'Wanted 2', 'Partner 2' and 'Don 2'.

Race 2:
Like the prequel Race 2 will be starring Anil Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan and as the main leads. Bipasha Basu is not in the sequel, it is reported that she has been replaced by Kareena Kapoor as Saif’s love interest. Katrina Kaif also isn’t a part of sequel, she was killed anyways in the prequel, but we will have Priyanka Chopra and Deepika Padukone as the new faces in the sequel, however, none of replacements are finalised. Like the 2008 hit version this is also being directed by Abbas Mustan and produced under Tips Film Banner.

Partner 2:
The 2007 hit will be back will the sequel with the same cast as earlier, i.e., Salman Khan, Lara Dutta and Govinda as the lead roles. But reports also state that Deepika Padukone has replaced Katrina Kaif.

Wanted 2:
The remake of the Tamil flick Pokiri, “Wanted” starring Salman Khan and Ayesha Takia is on its way for the second part. Again it will be produced by Boney Kapoor. Reports reveal that a new face has
replaced Ayesha Takia.

Dhoom 3:
What do we call it a “Triquel”? After a gap of five years Dhoom 3 is on its way to create the magic once again. This is will directed by Aditya Chopra himself and will have certain alterations in the cast. The news that Shah Rukh Khan is a part of the movie has spread all around the globe. But the present news also says that SRK is not the only Khan in the movie, Probably we will have Aamir Khan as the cop. “Clash of the Titans?” our wait will give the answer.

Don 2:
And at the end of the year, probably Diwali will have Don 2 coming up. Priyanka Chopra remains as the main lead opposite SRK. Don 2 is reported to begin from where Don ended.

But do not hurry as this is the schedule for the year 2011. Guess sequels are the only desserts on the plate for the year 2011 or perhaps they will turn to be the leftovers. Let’s wait and watch.

Spirits - Do they exist??

“Do spirits exist?”

Well, I don’t know if this question will be appreciated. Many who believe in spirits might be too scared to read further and there are others to whom the word hardly makes any difference. I don’t know how far it is true but my granny narrated her experience when she was a kid.

It so happened that at her neighbourhood a lady who was ditched by her lover committed suicide by hanging herself on the areca nut tree. One night when she was coming out of the bathroom she was a lady putting on her Saree. The lady had long hair and was clad in white saree. My granny was really scared but went to talk to her. When she saw the lady face, she was terrified because it was the same lady. My granny was in real and had high fever for the next week. Her dad who had realized that it was a spirit, he dint wanted it to hover around in the neighbourhood as there were kids, he was scared that the spirit may harm them

Therefore one night he went to the chase the spirit of the area. Earlier there was a belief that spirits cannot face the broom. Therefore mu Great Grand Dad armed with a broom went to her. He started chasing her. When she reached the end of the lane she couldn’t cross it, and the spirit just raised herself and flew high above and disappeared. It was not to be found later.

The mystery on why couldn’t she cross the lane isn’t still answered. My Granny says that there was a picture of Lord Ganesha on the gate that ends the lane.

How far it is true is known, but the questions on spirits existence are still alive. I have spoken about spirits and I’m back to the place where I’ve started my blog from, “Do spirits exist?”

You can share your experiences here.

Fair and Lovely , Fairever really works or simply over hyped???

These products promise fairness all the time. Is it really going to work for it is possible to play with the nature and change colour of the skin you are born unless ou undergo a plastic or a cosmetic surgery? Over that these fairness creams claim to completely get rid of dark skin in a matter of two days.

I feel that the ads on enhancing the beauty or the colour of the skin are definitely overhyped.  Especially Fair and Lovely, that has come out with recent ad that literally means nothing, something called “Saaf Gorapan”, my question is how far is this going to go? Every time a new product is launched to draw the customers’ attention, it has nothing to with changing the colours of the skin. You have things like ayurvedic, winter cream, oily skin and what not. The brains in them do not work to make them believe that every time they launch a new product, the consumers the previous one will decrease pathetically.

And moreover people just get carried away by the heroines who advertise for those little did they realise that it is the thick layer of makeup that made them look charming and not the stupid cream. Moreover innovative things like fairness meter, so less innovative it seems, the card or the fairness meter like what some believe, are simply reasons for publicity, they really don’t work.

Yea, they say “saaf twacha payiye sirf saath dino mein”, and they show several faces that is improving and finally a face with ugly warts and pimples becomes the face that it more charming than Aishwarya Rai. It’s quite easy to understand that, when they say its seven days but show the changes within seconds, these ads are literally fake.  They don’t mean it any way. It’s quite foolish to believe these over hyped ads.

There places where they promise fairer skin in seven days, one of my friends, who is slightly dark by birth, says that she is been using it from seven years, yet she is dark as she was. If the creams could really work on the human skin, why would we have dark skinned models today?? All these illustrations simply provide firm proof for the fact that these creams are fake.

Its better you guys not waste too much of time and money purchasing such creams, rather utilize it usefully. Being dark on the skin hardly matters, be golden within, will surely to take you towards leading a successful and happy life.

Be beautiful naturally.

Housefull - Movie Review

Bollywood is one of the biggest kingdoms in the world.  It gives out the best in one way or the other. Well, recently, I watched the movie, HOUSEFULL, it is real fun comedy movie that tickles your ribs unconditionally.  From the makers of Heyy Baby, comes another rib tickler.

The story is based on Aarush (Akshay Kumar), who thinks that he is a loser, an ill omen to all those who meet him, an astrologer though had told him that his ill luck would wear off the day he would marry a girl he loved. He was in love with Pooja (Mallaika Arora Khan), but she refuses to marry him because of his ill luck and her Anna, Major Krishna (Arjun Rampal) bashes him so that he keeps off her.

Bob (Ritiesh Deshmukh) was his only friend. Bob was married to Hethal (Lara Dutta), who was very fond of her per parrot, Prada. Aarush, dejected by Pooja’s decision goes to stay with Bob. As he cleans up the house using a vacuum cleaner, he sucks Prada inside too, Hethal decides to oush him out of the house, but he wins her hearts by decorating the house beautifully and apologizing for being an ill omen.

Bob and Hethal who work as a waiter and a waitress at a restaurant persuade their Boss to get his daughter Devika (Jia Khan) married to Aarush. He likes the girl, he will be happy that it is the end of his ill luck. But, Devika had just played with so that she can become the legal owner of her property as it would come on her only after she married. She married Aarush so that she owns the property and she can settle with her boyfriend.

Aarush, feels very upset and plans to commit suicide. Sandy (Deepika Padukone) comes at the right moment she saves him, eventually they fall in love. Hethal missed her father (Boman Irani) as she had not his heard his voice for years as she had married Bob against his wishes. Sandy suggest her to say that she is a mother of child, his heart would surely melt on listening to the word baby. The plan worked. Pappa agrees to meet them.

Sandy’s brother also wanted to meet Aarush so that he could fix the wedding. Both Hethal and Sandy had lied to their elders that their husbands are very well to do with big bungalow, big cat etc. Therefore they plan to hire a huge house till Sandy’s brother and Pappa leave back. They agree Aarush and Hethal settle in their house while Sandy and Bob go to receive Anna.  The landlady believes thay Hethal and Bob are husband and wife. Sandy’s brother doesn’t arrive but Pappa does and he also assumes that Hethal and Aaruskh are married.

They decide to continue the act for a few days when Sandy’s brotherarrive, he is none other than Anna( Major Krishna).

Will Aarush be able to prove that he is worth Sandy?? Will he be able to marry Sandy??  Will Aarush succeed in winning Anna’s heart, Will his bad luck wear off?? Is all what the story is about.

The music is great, Very entertaining. All the music tracks are too good. The actors have made a very good job. Arjun Rampal rocks as always. Deepika looks too hot. And watch for the horrifying rib tickling dialogs

If you are for comedy, this movie is for you.
